Last chance to take a picture before we ski away

Happy new year to all and I hope it was a good one. Luckily my son and I were able to head up to the mountains for the last week of 2010 and do some nice skiing. We had a blast but man are my legs wiped out. I plan to do a lot more this winter as I just stocked up on new ski’s and they really feal great. My son kept me busy on the black diamonds, I am proud of him at 10 he is fearless. Soon he will be hitting the jumps with his dad but I tend to be a bit reckless so I need to stress safety. Happy new year all!

They have a great flight sim that my son loved. The airport is real nice with an airplane shaped pool and restauran. It’s a great place to chill and flying helicopters is always fun. Doug, the owner has almost 20 years restaurant and the whole staff is awesome! Below is a picture of my son and I in front of the latest Schweitzer Helicopter. All I can say is “WOW”, nice to have a pool but some days it’s just to hot to even stay out swimming all day. I see lawns all over South Jersey that need water so please rain! I am glad we have AC but our bill sure is huge. The price you pay to stay cool.

Very basic setup right now but I wanted to at least get it up and looking ok. It used to be Haddonfield.tv (another project I need to get to)
CostaRica4uonline.com will have lots of information about visiting Costa Rica but more important, buying real estate and investing there.
About 10 years ago I bought a house there before the real estate boom and it turned out to be a great investment, you can see it at www.villasmymosa.com, since I was already involved with a few business’s there I wanted my own place and I was able to rent it out for a nice income when I was not there.
Sadly enough I sold it when a great offer came in but I learned a lot about the process of buying property as a foreigner that I decided to offer services to people interested in buying a house there. Its a beautiful country and one of the top places that Americans are retiring too.
So CostaRica4uonline.com will have a lot of information about the process and laws for buying property there.

I am back in south jersey after a nice 7-8 days away. Virginia Beach sure is nice, and with the weather being nice and sunny, we spent a good amount of time in the ocean. 80 degree water, dolphins swimming right near the shore, its was awesome! Got some nice Golf in, gained about 15 lbs from all the great food and had a lot of cold brew! But, its time to get back to work and in south jersey, we are all about work work work, and fun fun fun!!! I guess, at least thats what I think today! We almost are ready for our “Artist of the Month” to go live! We have posted about this on a lot of websites including craigslist in south jersey, but incase you missed it, still time to apply to be spotlighted as one of South Jersey’s Artists of the month! Actually, we did more boogie boarding than surfing but surfers were all around us too. In south jersey we see a lot of surfers over at 7th street beach in Ocean City New Jersey too. We stayed at a great hotel, the “NewCastle” right on 12th street and you walk right out onto the huge concrete boardwalk, and out onto the beach. The water must have been 80 degree’s, we spent at least 6 hours in the water each day, plus a full day at Ocean Breeze’s Water Part for some great tube rides and wave pool! My son loved it! Plus, our hotel had a nice hot tub in the room so what a great way to relax at night! I hope everyone in south jersey is doing well! We will be back soon!
