Fun time at Helicopter Flight Services.

We went over to Flying W airport to visit Helicopter Flight Services, a great place to go if you want to learn to fly or take a tour. They have a great flight sim that my son loved. The airport is real nice with an airplane shaped pool and restauran. It’s a great place to chill and flying helicopters is always fun. Doug, the owner has almost 20 years restaurant and the whole staff is awesome! Below is a picture of my son and I in front of the latest Schweitzer Helicopter. You can check out the website Here

I finally picked a theme for my site CostaRica4uonline.com and started it. Very basic setup right now but I wanted to at least get it up and looking ok. It used to be Haddonfield.tv (another project I need to get to)
CostaRica4uonline.com will have lots of information about visiting Costa Rica but more important, buying real estate and investing there.
About 10 years ago I bought a house there before the real estate boom and it turned out to be a great investment, you can see it at www.villasmymosa.com, since I was already involved with a few business’s there I wanted my own place and I was able to rent it out for a nice income when I was not there.
Sadly enough I sold it when a great offer came in but I learned a lot about the process of buying property as a foreigner that I decided to offer services to people interested in buying a house there. Its a beautiful country and one of the top places that Americans are retiring too.
So CostaRica4uonline.com will have a lot of information about the process and laws for buying property there.

Sunny and nice in Virginia!

Hey everyone, day 2 in Virginia and its nice and sunny, swimming in the pool, watching golf on TV and planning our trip to the beach in a few days. I still miss south jersey and hope you all are doing well. I have told a lot of people about south jersey and how nice it is! My brother in laws are planning to come up and visit to catch a phillies game which is always a great time. Most of us in south jersey root for the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles! Tonight is the 1st pre-season game, so I will be checking in with my friends in New Jersey to see who they think will win. Enjoy your day folks.

Swimming in the pool on a workday

What a hot day today is, I decided to work from home today and had to take a dip in the pool, it turned out to be a 3 hour swim! It was nice, great way to escape the summer heat. So while others sizzle and are stuck at there desks, I get lucky enough to go swimming. I didn’t realize I would be working from home today, but if that is what the boss wants, and I get paid for it then I am not complaining! I work for a nice company as a contracter and the job does have its perks like today, where I can still work, but at home, take a nap and go swimming! So I decided to update the site and let everyone know how great today was for me! I work hard and developed a pretty cool program that allows out manager to get all the numbers to the execs., so for the fruits of my labor, I finally get a pat on the back!

Favorite day to have off is monday
